My order didn't go through, but my card was charged. What happens?
This is usually a temporary authorization hold, not a real charge. Your bank should release the hold within 3-10 business days. If the amount is fully deducted, please contact us immediately with your details for a swift resolution.

Are all jerseys in stock?
Most items are ready to ship. During peak seasons like the Euro Cup, popular designs may sell out fast. Real-time availability is displayed on each product page.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We can only modify orders that haven't entered the packing stage. Please contact us urgently. You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placement if it hasn't been processed for shipment.
What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We ship from within the EU for faster delivery. Most European orders arrive in 5-10 business days via tracked mail. Global shipping typically takes 7-20 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your order ships.
My package is delayed. What can I do?
Please check your tracking link first for the latest updates. If there's no movement for an extended period, contact us with your order number, and we will investigate with the carrier.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Customized jerseys (with names/numbers) are final sale unless faulty.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The time it appears in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Who pays for return shipping?
For returns due to change of mind or size, the customer covers the return shipping cost. We cover all costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
