Refund policy
At Final Whistle Gear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 90 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions outlined below are met.
Conditions for Return:

Items must be in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Personalized jerseys (with custom names, numbers, or patches) are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or due to an error on our part.

For standard items, we reserve the right to refuse returns or issue a partial refund if these conditions are not met.
How to Return an Item:

Contact Us: Email [email protected] to start the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Securely: Place the item with all original materials in a secure package. Include a note with your order number and preference for a refund or exchange.

Ship: Send the package to the return address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is a result of our mistake.
Processing Refunds:

We will inspect your return upon arrival and notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanging an Item:

Exchanges depend on product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to an exchange, unless it is due to our error.
